This is the section where we pull everything together that you’ve been learning about over the past few weeks. Now is your opportunity, if you haven’t done so already, to start trying to do some different things in your daily life to test out your new skills of staying in the moment, riding out negative emotions and sensations, and seeing that nothing bad happens.
