Sometimes when people get started with exposures, they notice other situations that they want to include on their hierarchy. The hierarchy isn’t set in stone and as you’ve seen in this section, it’s totally OK to revisit it, move situations up or down, or break them down into smaller pieces, and yes, even to add situations.
One word of advice: Try to include only situations that you would encounter on a regular basis rather than ones that you seldom do, since it might be more difficult to get in the necessary degree of frequency of exposure.
