How did the mindfulness go? Did you notice any benefit from tuning into your experiences? Did it get easier with practice? Did you notice anything that you hadn’t before doing your mindfulness homework?

Again, don’t worry if you found it difficult, being in the moment is surprisingly harder than it first sounds. It is a good thing to keep practicing though, so try incorporating it into your daily life, like on your way to and from work or school.
