How did last week’s homework go? Did you have a hard time coming up with SMART goals? Did you put them somewhere that you’ll see regularly to keep your motivation up?

One thing to remember about goals is that they can change over time as you move through this process. You might find that you achieve your goals by the midway point and want to set different ones for yourself.

Alternatively, you might discover that for one reason or another, your goals need a little fine tuning to make them more realistic and accessible. The most important thing about goals is that you have something to work towards steadily.
