Measurable – How will you or anyone else know that you have reached your goals?
Attainable – Identify what’s most important to you and you’ll be more likely to achieve them
Realistic – What are you willing and able to work towards in the next few weeks?
Timely – In what time frame? In this case, think about what you’d like to be doing by the end of this program
Take sometime and think about what you would like to be doing differently in a few weeks. Aim for at least 3 things.
